Appointment of Special Prosecutor on Contract Basis for Anti Narcotics Cases in Sialkot Courts

The Anti Narcotics Force Regional Directorate Punjab is seeking applications for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor on a contract basis to handle anti-narcotics cases in the courts of Sialkot. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing legal services related to the prosecution of narcotics cases, including trial and investigation matters, in the courts of Sialkot, Chawinda, and Daska. Items being procured: - Services of a Special Prosecutor for anti-narcotics cases in Sialkot courts (one position) The scope of work includes representing the Anti Narcotics Force in all relevant legal proceedings, preparing and presenting cases, and ensuring effective prosecution in accordance with Pakistani law. Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria: - Must be a Pakistani citizen with no dual nationality - Minimum five years of experience as an advocate in the High Court, with proven expertise in criminal law and narcotics cases - Experience in handling government or anti-narcotics cases will be preferred - Must not have been dismissed from government service or convicted of any moral turpitude - Should not be involved in any ongoing disciplinary proceedings The monthly remuneration is **PKR 120,000** with a possible annual increment of 10% based on performance.
