Special Repair and Restoration of Breached Section of Buchkey to Sheikh da Tool Road, Nankana Sahib

Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from eligible Engineering Firms and Contractors for the Special Repair and Restoration of the breached section of Buchkey to Sheikh da Tool road, with a total length of 500 meters, situated in District Nankana Sahib. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Special Repair/Restoration of Breached Section of Buchkey to Sheikh da Tool road (length = 500 m) in District Nankana Sahib The technical scope includes civil works for the restoration and repair of the specified road section, ensuring structural integrity and safe passage. The estimated DNIT cost for the project is PKR 21.522 Million, with an Earnest Money requirement of 2% of the estimated cost, to be submitted digitally via CDR only. Contractors must possess a valid PEC License for the relevant category and be registered on the Punjab PPRA portal (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Only firms with renewed PEC licenses for FY 2026-27 are eligible to participate. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to submit a Performance Security Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receiving the offer letter. All bids must be uploaded on the PPRA website, and the deadline for submission is 21-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
