Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2026-27 with active PRA registration. Bidders must be registered with PEC under specialization code C-06 with specialization code CE-10. They must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and provide income tax returns for the last three years. Contractors should have completed at least two contracts of similar nature with successful completion certificates within the last ten years. The consolidated value of these contracts must exceed 40% of the estimated BOQ cost. Average annual turnover for the last three years must be at least half of the contract value. Bid security of 3% of BOQ cost is required, valid for 140 days, with original CDR submitted by 20-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 by 20-10-2026 up to 11:30 AM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 12:00 Noon via E-PADS.
