The scope includes RCC roof repairs, floor raising, and new shop construction, requiring experienced contractors with PEC registration in civil works. Bidders must submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) accompanied by scanned Bid Security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura.
