The Communication & Works Department Punjab invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for a special repair estimate involving the reconstruction of two 10-foot span culverts. The project is located on Karam Dad Qureshi Daira Din Pannah Road at Kot Sultan Minor Kali Pull in Kot Addu City, Punjab. Items being procured: - Special repair estimate for reconstruction of 2 span 10' each culvert on Karam Dad Qureshi Daira Din Pannah Road on Kot Sultan Minor Kali Pull Kot Addu City The technical scope includes rigid pavement laid using concrete batching plants and concrete paving machines. Surfacing works will be executed by mechanized systems such as TST/DST. Recovery against credit of old material will be manually adjusted during bid evaluation. All claims by contractors must be submitted electronically. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount within 15 days of the award. Bidders must quote item rates and total amounts as per PPRA Punjab Circular No.L&M (PPRA)10-1/2011/008595 dated 11.10.2024. No price variation will be admissible. The tender opening is scheduled for 29 August 2026 at 1:00 PM at the office of the Commissioner. Bidders are advised to attend the opening where the successful bidder will be announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all bid securities and performance guarantees are submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System only, as physical instruments will not be accepted. Also, contractors must have Bridge Code CE02 to participate.
