Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA) invites e-Bids from eligible contractors for special repair and rehabilitation works on various highway sections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The works are being procured under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure, and all interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and be on the active taxpayers list of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Cost: Rs. 20.000 Million, PEC: C-6 & above, Bid Security: Rs. 400,000, Entry Fee: Rs. 6,000 - Package No. 42/DIR-II/2025-26: Special Repair / AOM & R to P/H-Way S-12-D, S/H: Thakot-Darband Road SH: Mansehra Section KM 70-85 (15 KM) (2nd Time Tender), Est. Cost: Rs. 30.00 Million, PEC: C-5 & above, Bid Security: Rs. 600,000, Entry Fee: Rs. 9,000 - Package No. 47/DIR-II/2025-26: Special Repair / AOM & R to P/H-Way S-5, Subhead: Debris / Slides Removal on P/H-Way (S-5) Maqsood Jabri Kohal Rupper Section 35 KM District Haripur, Est. Cost: Rs. 3.000 Million, PEC: C-6 & above, Bid Security: Rs. 60,000, Entry Fee: Rs. 1,000 The technical scope includes special repair, annual operation and maintenance, and debris/slides removal on the specified highway sections. All works must comply with the relevant PEC category requirements and Engineer's Estimate. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the EPAD System and provide original call deposits, CNIC, PEC registration, and KPRA Active Status documents at the PKHA office, Attached Departments Complex, Gate No. 5, Khyber Road, Peshawar. Earnest Money (Bid Security) as specified for each package is mandatory, and only CDRs from scheduled banks in favor of PKHA will be accepted. The last date and time for submission is 31/08/2026 at 1200 hours. Bids will be opened on the EPAD System 30 minutes after closing time.
