Stand Construction of Pakistan Pavilions at International Trade Fairs in Germany

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), through its Commercial Wing at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Frankfurt am Main, invites bids from European stand construction companies for the stand construction of Pakistan Pavilions at various international trade fairs in Germany from July 2026 to June 2027. The procurement is specifically for the construction of country pavilions at trade fairs including The Munich Show 2026 (70 sqm tentative), Intertabac 2026 Dortmund (60 sqm tentative), Medica 2026 Düsseldorf (216 sqm tentative), International Dental Show Cologne 2027 (180 sqm tentative), Ambiente 2027 Frankfurt (50 sqm tentative), Heimtextil 2027 Frankfurt (960 sqm tentative), ITB 2027 Berlin (100 sqm tentative), and GITEX 2027 Berlin (60 sqm tentative). Items being procured: - Stand construction using Maxima- or/and Octanorm-system, aluminum - Carpet-related fair stand with height of 5 meters - Illuminated panels for graphics with Pakistan flag/TDAP logo - Illumination with at least 8 lights per stand - Highchair/barstool behind front counter - Banner construction above booths - List of exhibitors in alphabetical order with stand numbers - 4 standees printed for each fair - Flooring with light-coloured tiles, grey carpet or light brown wood - Walls in light grey or white decorative panels - Table and chairs: 1 table, 4 chairs, glass counter, tall showcase with sliding doors and locks - Hygiene, safety and distancing compliance - Approx. 25% additional material and service availability - 3D design and detailed specifications - Technical assistance for individual changes - One five-seater sofa set, coffee table in TDAP area - Equipment for refreshments (electric kettles, thermos jugs, plastic/paper plates and cups, wooden mixing sticks, cleaning supplies, kitchen towels, glass cleaner, coffee percolator, cleaning sponges, bin bags, vacuum cleaner) - Sturdy serving trolley - Logistics for transport of refreshments if needed - Removal of protective foil from carpets and floor cleaning - Decorations like fresh plants and flowers - Sheets and fasteners for covering booth entrances at night - Daily technical assistance and cleaning during fair days - Storage of leftover refreshments and office equipment - Desired banner designs shared by TDAP The technical scope requires high-quality materials and workmanship to ensure attractive, illuminated, and functional stands that comply with safety and distancing rules issued by fair organizers. The stands must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the handover day, with all equipment ready for exhibitors to display products immediately. The bidder must have valid construction licenses, insurance, and authorizations from German/EU authorities, with at least 5 years of experience in building country pavilions at international exhibitions in Germany. Bidders must be registered/approved under local German laws and have a tax identification number. No security deposit or bank accounts for payments will be required by the Mission.
