Procurement of Stationary, Printing Material and General Store Items for Financial Year 2026-27

Rawalpindi Medical University invites E-Bids on Framework Contract basis from well reputed Firms, Companies, Sole Proprietors, and General Order Suppliers registered on Punjab E-PADS for the Financial Year 2026-2027 for the procurement of stationary, printing material and general store items. Items being procured: - Stationary - Printing Material - General Store Items Bidding will be conducted on a Single Stage Two Envelopes basis. Bidders must submit their documents through Punjab E-PADS portal and must be registered with FBR. Required documents include income tax/sales tax certificate from relevant department, professional tax certificate (Punjab), list of relevant major supplies, evidence supporting financial soundness, and bid security as per Punjab PPRA rules. A 2% bid security must be submitted through Bank of Punjab in favor of Vice Chancellor Rawalpindi Medical University Rawalpindi. Bids not meeting evaluation criteria will be considered non-responsive. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in presence of bidders. If the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the bid opening day. This tender is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
