Tender Description
This procurement opportunity in Islamabad by Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited covers a wide range of essential office supplies and services including stationery, miscellaneous store items, uniforms for support staff, crockery, printer toners, electronic items, IT equipment, and repair & maintenance of UPS and air conditioners. The tender aims to establish a Closed Framework Agreement for on-demand supply and services to support the operational needs of the department.
The scope includes supply of 59 office stationery items such as files, envelopes, pens, paper, and markers; 47 miscellaneous store items including cleaning supplies and dustbins; 8 uniform items for support staff; 22 crockery items; 12 types of printer toners; 5 electronic items like extension leads and multi plugs; 13 IT equipment items including wireless mouse, HDMI cables, and Cisco IP phones; and repair and maintenance services for UPS and air conditioning systems. Deliveries will be made to the 2nd Floor, Galaxy Business Center, I-9/3, Islamabad, with supply orders issued as per requirement.
Applicants must meet eligibility criteria including being on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and not blacklisted by any public sector organization. The tender requires compliance with financial and experience qualifications demonstrating at least three years of relevant supply experience and a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 10 million.
