Procurement of Stationery Items for Supreme Court of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Muzaffarabad FY 2026-27

Supreme Court Of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Muzaffarabad invites sealed tenders from eligible stationery supplier firms for the procurement of stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. Only firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments in AJK&K and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the AJK&K CBR are eligible to participate. Bidders must have at least three years of experience supplying stationery items to various departments or organizations within AJK. Items being procured: - Stationery items as detailed in the attached list with the tender notice (specific item list not provided in the notice). All quoted prices must be inclusive of tax and valid for the entire financial year 2026-27. The bid security required is PKR 80,000 for Lot-I and PKR 60,000 for Lot-II, to be submitted in the form of a CDR in the name of D.D.O Supreme Court. No tender will be accepted without the required bid security. Bidders must also submit an undertaking on legal stamp paper confirming that their firm is not blacklisted by any government or private sector organization in Pakistan or AJK. Incomplete or conditional bids, or those with unauthenticated cuttings or overwriting, will not be considered. Bids must be delivered to the Supreme Court Of AJK Muzaffarabad office on or before 10-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bid opening will take place the same day at 11:30 a.m. The evaluation report and contract award will be displayed on the AJK PPRA website. Valid NTN/STRN registration certificates are required with the bid. The advertisement is available on both the AJK PPRA and Supreme Court websites.
