Statutory Audit Services for Daanish University Trust Financial Year Ended 30 June 2026

Daanish University Trust, located in Islamabad Capital Territory, is inviting qualified Chartered Accountancy firms to submit proposals for the statutory audit of its financial statements for the Financial Year ended 30 June 2026. This procurement is managed by the Daanish University Trust, a federal charitable trust established for educational advancement and governed by a Board of Trustees. The audit will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Trust Act, 2020, International Standards on Auditing as adopted by ICAP, and other applicable laws. Items being procured: - Statutory audit of financial statements for FY ended 30 June 2026 - Examination and evaluation of internal control systems and financial management - Preparation and delivery of Audit Report within 120 days of financial year-end - Issuance of special audit or compliance certificates as required The scope includes auditing the Statement of Financial Position, Income and Expenditure, Cash Flows, and accompanying notes. The audit firm will also provide a Management Letter highlighting any weaknesses. The Trust will provide necessary access to records and office space if needed. The audit team must include an Engagement Partner and at least two qualified members with valid ICAP/ACCA registration. Eligibility criteria include valid ICAP registration, A category status on SBP panel, FBR Active Taxpayers List inclusion, minimum five years of professional standing, and prior audit experience of trusts or educational institutions. Firms must submit a Proposal Securing Declaration on Rs. 100/- stamp paper and comply with conflict of interest and non-blacklisting requirements. Key dates include the publication on July 12, 2026, a pre-bid meeting on July 16, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Trust's office, last date for written queries July 20, 2026, and bid submission deadline July 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. via EPADS. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 2:30 p.m. at the Trust's office. Financial proposals will be opened only for technically qualified bidders. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical proposals using the prescribed forms and ensure all mandatory documents are attached. Earnest Money is replaced by a Proposal Securing Declaration. The contract is a lump sum for the audit of FY 2025–26, extendable annually up to six years subject to performance. Payment will be made within 30 days of acceptance of the final audit report.
