Tender Description
The Airport Security Force (ASF) invites sealed bids for the stitching of grey uniforms for male and female personnel at ASF Multan Airport, located in Multan, Punjab. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM.

All uniforms must be stitched as per the provided samples and specifications. Delivery location and submission of original bid security must be at the Store Office, ASF Multan Airport, Multan Saddar, Multan. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with a fixed price and bids must be valid for 90 days. Bidders must provide a pay order of 5% of the total bid value as bid security, along with required documents including CNIC, NTN/GST registration certificates, and affidavit confirming no blacklisting.
