Improvement of Street Lights in Various Tehsils and Bazaars, District Bajaur

The Local Government and Rural Development Department District Bajaur invites sealed e-bids through EPADS for the improvement of street lights across multiple tehsils and bazaars in Bajaur. This initiative is part of the Uplifting / Beautification Activities Including Infrastructure Improvement, Monuments, Street Lights and Green Spaces in Merged Districts of KP under Provincial ADP No. 955/251053 (2025-26). The works are based on MRS-2025 / Non MRS-items as per approved PC-1, and the procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Improvement of Street Lights at Tehsil Wara Mamund and Loe Mamund District Bajaur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 1,000,000) - Improvement of Street Lights at Different Bazar Tehsil Salarzai District Bajaur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 1,000,000) - Improvement of Street Lights at Tehsil Utman Khel and Barang District Bajaur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 26.11 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 522,200) - Improvement of Street Lights at Tehsil Khar and Nawagai District Bajaur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 200,000) - Improvement of Street Lights at District Bajaur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 8 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 160,000) - Improvement of Street Lights at Tehsil Khar District Bajaur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 15 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 300,000) The technical scope includes installation and improvement of street lighting infrastructure, with requirements for solar and general electrical works as per PEC specialization codes. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in Category C5 or above, possess valid FBR and KPRA registrations, and have centralized enlistment with the C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid security must be submitted as per the specified amounts for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 04-09-2026 at 11:30 AM, with the opening at 12:00 PM the same day. A practical tip: Ensure your bid security is prepared and delivered in hard form to the office of the Assistant Director (Sr.), LG&RDD Bajaur before the deadline, as only scanned copies uploaded to EPADS without physical delivery will not be accepted.
