Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), under the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from eligible firms for a range of electrical and civil works in Karachi. This re-invitation is being conducted through the e-PADS 2.0 system under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 36(b). Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (C-5 or above) and must provide valid FBR/ATL certificates. Earnest Money as specified for each lot is required in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of PIDCL. Bids must be submitted online via e-PADS 2.0 and the original documents delivered to the Office of the General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi, by the deadline of 31 August 2026, 2:30 PM.
