Tender Description
The Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I. Khan under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids from approved contractors registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for the Financial Year 2025-26. This tender focuses on strengthening existing research stations and institutes at D.I. Khan, Karak, and Model Farm Sang Bhatti Swabi, including the installation of 2 solar-based irrigation tube wells for ARI Ratta Kulachi D.I. Khan.
Items being procured:
- Drilling of Bore hole & conversion into Tube wells (02 No: Tube wells)
- Construction of Pump House & Boundary wall etc. (2 No: Tube wells)
- Supply of Power by solar system including pumping machinery along with all accessories
The technical scope includes drilling boreholes, constructing pump houses and boundary walls, and supplying solar power systems with pumping machinery and accessories. The solarization parameters specify a head of 80-100 ft, pump setting at 120 ft, and discharge of 01 cusecs. The contractor must be authorized to supply solar panels, pumping inverters, pumps, and motors with valid manufacturer authorization certificates and comply with government specifications.
Eligibility requires PEC category C-6 and above with specific project codes CE 04, CE 09, CE 10, and EE 11 as applicable. Bidders must have renewed registration with KPPRA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost plus stamp duty is mandatory. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS e-bidding system before the deadline.
