This tender invites bids for a comprehensive turnkey solution to establish a studio setup for recording educational videos in Karachi under the Board of Secondary Education Karachi. The procurement covers high-quality video cameras, lenses, microphones, lighting equipment, smart boards, furniture including tables, chairs, sofas, and interior renovation including vinyl flooring and chroma walls. The setup aims to support smooth SSC examination procedures by enabling professional video recording capabilities.
The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of all equipment and materials at the Board's premises in Nazimabad, Karachi. Bidders must ensure the products meet prime quality standards equivalent to reputed Japanese brands, with a mandatory one-year warranty covering all active equipment and after-sales service. The technical specifications demand branded or equivalent items such as Sony cameras, Intel Core i5 machines, and Godox lighting, ensuring durability and reliability for educational content production.
Bidders should be registered with EPADS (SPPRA), FBR, and Sindh Revenue Board, with a minimum turnover of PKR 6,000,000 over the last three years.
