SUI Master Plan Package-I (Storm Water Drainage) and Package-II (Water Supply) Works 2026

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works under the SUI Master Plan for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates basis. The tender includes two packages: - SUI MASTER PLAN Package-I (Storm Water Drainage) - SUI MASTER PLAN Package-II (Water Supply) Procurements will be conducted under the Baluchistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is mandatory. Bidders must provide completed assignments of similar nature as mentioned in the bidding documents. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and a valid NTN / STRN / Sales Tax registration is required. Each bidder must deposit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost through Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call, or CDR/Bank Guarantee. A deposit of 2000 PKR through green challan (Account # C02716) is also required. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope.
