SUI Master Plan Package II Sewerage System Zones A to E Works

The Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority invites eligible bidders for execution of sewerage system works under the SUI Master Plan Package II for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. The procurement covers five sewerage system zones labeled A to E with individual tender numbers: - SUI MASTER PLAN Package - II (Sewerage system Zone - A), Tender No: TSE-2627081164083 - SUI MASTER PLAN Package - II (Sewerage system Zone - B), Tender No: TSE-2627081164233 - SUI MASTER PLAN Package - II (Sewerage system Zone - C), Tender No: TSE-2627081164263 - SUI MASTER PLAN Package - II (Sewerage system Zone - D), Tender No: TSE-2627081164273 - SUI MASTER PLAN Package - II (Sewerage system Zone - E), Tender No: TSE-2627081164283 The works involve sewerage system construction in the specified zones of Sui town. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized code. Active Tax Payer List presence and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration are mandatory. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Completed assignments of similar nature and financial capacity will be evaluated as per bidding documents. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost must be deposited through CDR or Bank Guarantee. Tender fee is 2,000 PKR per package. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security must accompany bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2%.
