Supply of 08-KW Hybrid Off-Grid Solar System Without Net Metering for 02 Ladies Bar Rooms at Tehsil Piplan and Tehsil Isa Khel, District Mianwali

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Mianwali invites E-Bids from authorized firms, distributors, dealers, and suppliers registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, Punjab e-Procurement, Sales and Income Tax for the supply of solar systems for Ladies Bar Rooms located at Tehsil Isa Khel and Tehsil Piplan in District Mianwali. Items being procured: - Hybrid Solarization (off-grid) for Ladies Bar Room at Judicial Complex Tehsil Piplan, District Mianwali - Hybrid Solarization (off-grid) for Ladies Bar Room at Judicial Complex Tehsil Isa Khel, District Mianwali This tender covers the supply of an 08-KW hybrid off-grid solar system without net metering or billing for two ladies bar rooms. The systems are to be installed at judicial complexes in the specified tehsils. The scope includes provision of all necessary materials and equipment for the solar systems as per specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and comply with Punjab e-Procurement requirements. Firms must be registered for Sales and Income Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money of 5% of the bid value is required in the form of a bank call deposit or security. The successful bidder will also provide a 10% performance guarantee through CDR and 0.25% stamp duty on the gross amount of the supply/work order. Warranty of at least one year is mandatory. Bidding documents are available for download free of charge from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement system by 14 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The District & Sessions Judge, Mianwali reserves the right to enhance or reduce quantities or reject all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
