Tender Description
The Cooperative Model Town Society (1962) Ltd Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage single Envelope Bidding Procedure for the supply and fixing of various electrical and miscellaneous items for Model Town Society Lahore. Items being procured:
- P/F of 35mm 4 Core Cable
- PVC Pipe 2" Diameter
- Wooden Counters
- Mat Enamel Paint
- Sandtex Coating
- Stainless Steel Racks
- Miscellaneous Items
The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Civil Engineer Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned. Clarifications can be sought from the Civil Engineer's office during regular working hours. Bids must be delivered to the specified address before 01:00 PM on 3rd September 2026. The Evaluation Committee will open the bids one hour after the deadline in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend. Late, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all bid submission requirements and prepare their bids carefully to avoid disqualification. It is advisable to visit the site or contact the Civil Engineer for any technical clarifications before submitting the bid.
