Tender Description
IESCO Islamabad requires supply of electrical conductors including ACSR Rabbit, AAC Wasp (Insulated), and various sizes of Aerial Bundled Cables for its Regional Stores covering Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah. This procurement is critical for maintaining and expanding the power distribution network in the Islamabad Capital Territory region, ensuring reliable electricity supply to consumers.
The materials include 200 km each of ACSR Rabbit and AAC Wasp conductors, along with aerial bundled cables in 2/C 10 mm², 4/C 50 mm², and 4/C 95 mm² sizes. These conductors and cables must meet the stringent WAPDA/NTDC specifications and standards, ensuring durability and performance under local environmental conditions. The supply will be delivered free of cost to IESCO's regional stores, facilitating efficient inventory management and timely deployment.
Bidders must be pre-qualified and registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) and comply with FBR requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26, including valid prototype approvals where applicable. The tender follows a single-stage one-envelope bidding process, with bids submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal.
