Supply of Answer Sheets and Envelopes for University Budget 2026-27

Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University Of Agriculture, Multan invites all potential firms, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax to submit their E-bids or proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement is for the purchase of Answer Sheets and Envelopes under the University Budget for the fiscal year 2026-27. The bidding will follow a Single Stage (One envelope) procedure as per rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and the delivery will be on DDP basis. Bidders must have established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. Earnest money in the form of 2% of the estimated cost of the tender is required as bid security. The university will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering bids. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The last date for receiving and opening bids is 27-08-2026, with receiving time at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
