Tender Description
The Armed Forces Institute of Urology Rawalpindi invites quotations from licensed, GST registered suppliers for the supply of an ATS Panel with shifting of Generator 405 KVA including installation and commissioning. The scope includes provision of a low transmission (LT) busbar for 2 x Generators 1250 KVA for interchange, electrical work of load distribution, ATS troubleshooting, and existing firefighting system rectification and commissioning by classified engineers for the current financial year 2026-2027.

The required work details with terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of Quarter Master Branch AFIU Rawalpindi on any working day between 0800 hours to 1500 hours. A sum of Rs. 1000 (one thousand only) non-refundable will be deposited on collection of tender documents. Quotations must be sealed in an envelope containing both technical and financial bids in separate envelopes and must clearly indicate 'TECHNICAL OFFER' and 'FINANCIAL OFFERS'.
The technical quotation will be opened by a board of officers in the presence of available bidders or their representatives on the same day at 1200 hours. Security deposit @ 2% of bid value in the shape of CDR (refundable) must be attached with tender documents, otherwise the tender will be rejected. Commandant AFIU Rawalpindi may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(1).
