The Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi, invites sealed bids from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of miscellaneous aviation spare parts and components. This procurement is conducted under the PPRA rules and covers an approximate quantity for the complete financial year, with purchase orders placed in batches as per immediate requirements. The technical scope includes supply of shelf life items with a minimum remaining life of 80% at delivery, proper packing as per standards, and delivery within 30 days for local and 90 days for imported items.
