Supply of Miscellaneous Aviation Spare Parts for Central Aviation Spares Depot Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of miscellaneous aviation spare parts required by the Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) located at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules. The quantity mentioned in the tender is an approximate requirement for the complete financial year, with the possibility of increase or decrease based on actual needs. Purchase orders for shelf life items will be placed in batches or packages in reduced quantities as per immediate requirements. Firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Shelf life items must have at least 80% remaining life at the time of delivery. Only firms registered with the Central Aviation Spares Depot or having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Army will be accepted. The tender requires submission of separate envelopes clearly marked Technical Offer and Commercial Offer, with IT numbers mentioned on both. The technical offer must include a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 3,000 and bid security amounting to 5% of the total bid value in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of Commandant CASD. Brand name, specifications, country of origin, and firm authorization for branded items must be provided. Authorization or license to import branded items is also required. The tender submission deadline is 17 August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM on the same day at the Central Aviation Spares Depot office in Rawalpindi.
