Supply of Books, Magazines, Electronic and Printed Publications for Police Balochistan

Police Balochistan invites eligible bidders for the supply of books, magazines, electronic and printed publications. This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The items being procured include: - Books - Magazines - Electronic Publications - Printed Publications (Total Item(s) Count: 2) The bidding firm must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least **PKR 5,000,000** in the last 5 years and must have presence in active tax payer list with valid sales tax certificate. Joint ventures are permitted. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Submission of bid security at 2% of bid value in the form of deposit at call from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Bidding documents including NIT and bidding document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only by 08 September 2026 at 11:30 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM on EPPS system.
