Supply of Canal Silt on Annual Framework Contract Basis to Horticulture Agency Lahore for FY 2026-27

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-Bids from well reputed and financially sound firms, suppliers of canal silt, construction companies, or firms registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is for the supply of canal silt on an annual framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Canal Silt (detailed specifications as per bidding documents) The procurement will be conducted through competitive bidding under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal only. Earnest money in the form of 2% bid security amounting to Rs.4,000,000/- is required. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by 15%.
