Tender Description
Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Qasim Army Aviation Base Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of various aviation spares. The procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules. The quantity mentioned in the tender reflects the approximate requirement for the complete financial year, but purchase quantities may be increased or decreased as per immediate needs. Shelf life items will be purchased in batches or packages accordingly. Firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates.
Items being procured:
- Aviation spares as per attached Annexure A and B (detailed list not provided in this notice).
The delivery period is 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Quoted rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Delivery for local items should be within one month and three months for imported items. Firms with pending deliveries from the last financial year are not eligible to participate. Shelf life or expiry items must have at least 80% remaining life at delivery.
Only firms registered with Central Aviation Spares Depot or having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Army will be accepted. Offers must be submitted in two separate envelopes clearly marked Technical Offer and Commercial Offer, with IT tender number mentioned on both.
Tender fees of Rs 3,000 per tender (non-refundable) and bid security/earnest money of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany the offer in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of Commandant.
The tender submission deadline is 20 August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM on the same day at the Central Aviation Spares Depot office in Rawalpindi.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm holds the required Military Intelligence Directorate clearance and submit both technical and commercial bids in separate envelopes with the tender number clearly mentioned to avoid disqualification.
