Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered, prequalified firms of Discos/NGC/WAPDA/GENCOS or PPMCs authorized dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers without any element of foreign exchange and for free delivery (FCS) at GEPCO Ware House Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Chemical Foam Type Trolley Mounted (10 Gallon) - Fire Extinguisher Foam Type (10 Liter) 137 units - Fire Extinguisher Dry Powder ABC Type 100 units - Sand Stand with bucket (06 No. in 01 Stand) 150 units - Sand Container with Shovel - Chemical Foam Type (02 Gallon) 140 units - CO2 type (20+20 KG) 70 units - CO2 type (5-7 KG) 200 units - CO2 type (20 KG) 70 units - Chemical Dry Powder Type ABC 70 units The technical scope includes supply of fire safety equipment and accessories suitable for electrical power installations and related facilities. The items must meet quality standards and be delivered free of cost to the GEPCO warehouse. Eligibility criteria include being a registered firm with relevant experience, valid FBR/ATL registration, and submission of Bid Security amounting to PKR 0.7 million. The bid guarantee is required for the last 03 years (PKR 28,000 annually). The required delivery period is 120 days from the date of purchase order issuance.
