Supply of Clothing & Liveries by Balochistan Rural Support Program Quetta

The Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP) invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Clothing & Liveries in Quetta. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Items being procured: - Clothing & Liveries (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The bidding firm must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 3,000,000 in the previous 3 years and PKR 3,000,000 in 5 subsequent previous years. The firm must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint Ventures are not permissible. Bid Security of 2% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of a deposit at a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Samples of Make-Up kit and all other items must be shown to the Procurement Committee to ensure quality. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication of NIT to 21 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 21 September 2026 till 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 01:00 PM at the office of the undersigned. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedure and ensure timely submission. It is important to register at the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB as manual or electronic bid submission requires this registration. No tender fee is required.
