Supply of Clothing & Liveries by Balochistan Rural Support Program

The Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP) invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of clothing and liveries. This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to have prior experience with assignments of similar nature and complexity amounting to Rs. 3,000,000 in the previous three years, with turnover of at least Rs. 3,000,000 in five subsequent years. Bidders must be active taxpayers with valid sales tax certificates and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permitted. The bidding firm must submit a bid security of 2% of the total bid value in the form of a deposit or call guarantee from a scheduled bank. Issuance of tender documents is open from the date of publication of the NIT until 21 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 21 September 2026 by 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 01:00 PM at the office of the undersigned located at H.No A-5 Gulshan-e-Janan Street Sariab Road Quetta. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedure.
