Supply of CNC Machines and Advanced Manufacturing Equipments

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF) invites sealed bids from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their authorized distributors/agents for the supply, installation, commissioning, and performance testing of advanced CNC machines. The procurement is based in Landhi, Karachi under the Procurement Department of PMTF. Items being procured: - 3-Axis CNC Turning Center (Annexure - A) - CNC Electromechanical Vertical Internal Broaching Machine (Annexure - B) - Heavy-duty double-head CNC facing & centering machine (Annexure - C) - CNC Gear Tooth Rounding, Pointing (Roofing), Chamfering and Deburring Machine (Annexure - D) - CNC Automatic Shaft Straightening Machine (Annexure - E) - CNC Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine (Annexure - F) - 5-Axis CNC Gear Cutting Tool Sharpening Machine (Annexure - G) - CNC Gear Hobbing Machine (Annexure - H) - CNC Universal Internal Grinding Machine (Annexure - I) - CNC Gear Shaving Machine (Annexure - J) - CNC multi-roll automatic cold spline rolling machine (Annexure - K) - Straight Bevel Gear Generation Machine (Annexure - L) The scope includes supply, installation, training, commissioning, trial runs, performance testing, lifecycle support, and spare parts. Delivery is scheduled within 90-120 days after issuance of the Purchase Order or opening of the Letter of Credit as applicable. Only OEMs and their authorized distributors/agents are eligible to participate. Detailed technical specifications and tender documents including annexures will be provided upon request via email. Bids comprising complete Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted by email to Procurement@pmtfl.com or through courier at the designated PMTF address. The bid submission deadline is 26 October 2026. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
