Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 100KVA DG Set at Benazirabad Zone

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Benazirabad Zone, invites E-Bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System Version 2.0 (EPADS) under Single Two Envelope System from EPAD / PEC Registered Contractors with Active Taxpayers List of the FBR/SRB for supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 100KVA DG Set at Benazirabad Zone. Items being procured: - 100KVA DG Set The scope includes full supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the DG set at the specified location. Bidders must be PEC registered contractors with an active tax status and listed on the FBR/SRB Active Taxpayers List. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the date of publication up to 26-10-2026 before 11:00 AM from the EPADS Version 2.0 portal. Bids without original bid security (hard copy) will be rejected. Bid security of PKR 200,000 is required along with the bid submission on EPADS V2.0 by 26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidder representatives. In case of public holidays or unfavorable circumstances, bids will be opened on the next working day with the same venue and time. State Life Insurance Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to Public Procurement Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids as per the instructions in the bidding documents and ensure timely submission on the EPADS portal. Maintaining compliance with bid security requirements and submission deadlines is critical to avoid disqualification.
