Supply and Commissioning of 2 New Pitless Weighbridges at Lakhodair Landfill Site

The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites bids for the supply and commissioning of 2 new pitless weighbridges at the Lakhodair Landfill Site in Lahore. This procurement is conducted through a national competitive bidding process via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) under rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14 using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with least cost selection method. Items being procured: - Supply and commissioning of 2 new pitless weighbridges The scope includes the complete supply and installation of weighbridges at the landfill site, ensuring full operational commissioning as per technical specifications. Bidders must be eligible as per the bidding document and joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 1100 hours on or before October 14, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted online as per Punjab e-Procurement regulations. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including FBR/ATL registration and provide earnest money as specified.
