Wah Industries Limited invites sealed quotations for the supply of various Computers, Printers and Laptops as per detailed specifications. The procurement is based in Wah Cantt, Punjab. Items being procured: - Laptop: HP ProBook 460 G11 with Intel Core Ultra 7 155U, 16-inch display, 3 units - Industrial (Rugged) Laptop: Specifications attached as Annexure A, 2 units - Computer: HP Desktop Core i7 14th Generation with 8 GB RAM, 19 units - Printer: HP laser jet Pro MFP 4303 dw or equivalent, 8 units - Printer: HP laser jet P4003 dw Printer (B/W) or equivalent, 9 units - Toner: HP laser jet PRO MFP 4303 dw or equivalent, 8 units - Toner: HP laser jet P4003 dw Printer (B/W) or equivalent, 9 units The technical scope includes high-performance laptops and desktops with specific hardware and software requirements, including industrial ruggedness for some laptops, advanced connectivity options, and warranty/guarantee terms. The delivery will be made within 30 days from the contract date to Wah Cantt. Bidders must submit bids using the single-stage two-envelope method, including a technical offer and a commercial offer in separate sealed covers.
