Bidders must submit a 2% bid security uploaded on EPADS, with the original Call, Demand Draft, or Pay Order delivered to the office of the Chief Executive Officer WSSCH before the closing time. Completed tenders must be uploaded through EPADS before 11:30 AM on October 27, 2026, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives.
