Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications from qualified contractors for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for FY 2026-27. The works involve construction and supply of various vehicular sheds, store blocks, office blocks, and other miscellaneous civil works at multiple locations including Okara, Multan, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Bahawalpur, and Bahawalnagar. Items being procured: - Construction of 1x Veh Shed at Okara - Construction of 1x Veh Shed at Multan - Upgradation of Roads at Multan - Construction of Store Block at Lahore - Construction of Veh Shed at Lahore - Construction of Store Block at Sialkot - Construction of Veh Shed at Gujranwala - Construction of Office Block at Lahore - Construction of Store Block at Bahawalpur - Miscellaneous Civil Works at Lahore, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Pattoki, Chunnian Okara, Multan, Khanewal, Bahawalnagar & Bahawalpur The scope includes civil construction of vehicular sheds, store blocks, office blocks, roads, and storage facilities with approximate costs ranging from Rs. 20 million to Rs. 57 million per item. Contractors must have PEC registration in categories 'A' and 'B' and relevant experience. Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents issued only to contractors with sufficient experience and credentials. Earnest money and other bid securities will be required as per PPRA rules. The tender documents must be received by 1130 Hrs on 6 November 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same day at HQ DW&CE (A) GHQ Rawalpindi. Contractors must provide certificates of no litigation with government departments and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
