Supply of Core i9, 13th Generation Computers for Computer Science Department

The University of Karachi invites bids for the supply of Core i9, 13th Generation Computers specifically for the Computer Science Department located in Karachi. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and NTN Authorities. The bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions, submission procedures, bid security requirements, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantees. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and to submit a bid security equal to 2% of the total contract value in the form of a Pay Order in favor of University of Karachi. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be deposited in United Bank Limited Account No. 1146-01004234 entitled University of Karachi. The original deposit slip or online deposit receipt must accompany the bid. Bids must be prepared according to the bidding documents and submitted electronically through EPADS at http://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/auth/login before 22-09-2026 at 11:30 a.m. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon. Rates must include GST and any other applicable taxes or duties as levied by the Sindh Government. If the bid opening date falls on a public or local holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline. The University of Karachi reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010.
