Supply, Delivery and Installation of IT Equipment, Hardware and Plant & Machinery

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge Kolai Pallas is procuring the supply, delivery, and installation of IT equipment, hardware, and plant & machinery. This tender is specifically for suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors or their authorized dealers and representatives who are registered with income tax and sales tax departments and are present on the active tax payer list (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is based in Kolai Pallas, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and follows the KPPRA Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelops procedure. Earnest Money or bid security at 5% of the quoted value must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Senior Civil Judge Kolai Pallas. Separate affidavits confirming that the bid security is placed with the financial bid and that the bidder is not blacklisted by any provincial or federal department are mandatory. The technical bids must reach the office by 11:00 am on 2026-06-09. The bids will be opened at 12:30 noon on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee members and authorized representatives. Bids received after the due date and time will not be considered. All bids must contain separate technical and financial bids, clearly marked and including complete contact information.
