Tender Description
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Karachi Regional Office, invites E-Bids for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of office furniture, fixtures, accessories and miscellaneous items for the H&A&I Regional Office located at 4th Floor, State Life Building No. 03, Karachi.

The procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS v2.0 from well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms/manufacturers/suppliers having active status on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the EPADS portal. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and fulfill eligibility requirements as per bidding documents.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of quality office furniture and related items at the specified regional office. The contract completion time is 90 days from the date of opening of technical bids. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 24-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Eligibility criteria include registration on EPADS, active ATL status, and submission of bid security of PKR 500,000/- as specified. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed terms and conditions in the bidding documents.
For submission, bids must be uploaded on EPADS portal only. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration and active status on EPADS and ATL before the bid submission deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, prepare the bid security in the prescribed form to meet the tender requirements.
