Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 55 Inch LED Video Wall Display System

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Mardan invites sealed bids from EPADS-registered, eligible, reputable and financially sound firms, authorized dealers, and distributors for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 55 inch LED Video Wall Display System configured in a 3x3 (9-panel) matrix. The system includes an associated video-wall controller, Multi-View Video Wall Software, cabling, and mounting accessories for the office premises in Mardan. Items being procured: - 55 inch LED Video Wall Display System (3x3 matrix, 9 panels) - Video-wall controller - Multi-View Video Wall Software - Cabling and mounting accessories The procurement will be governed by the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014 as amended, and any applicable directives issued by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding documents are available on the KP-PPRA Web Portal and EPADS. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal before the deadline of 27-August-2026 at 11:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected. Bid opening will occur immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value in the form of a CDR in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Mardan must be submitted to the Procurement Committee/Procuring Agency before bid opening. Bids without bid security will be disqualified. All applicable government taxes, duties, and levies will be deducted from the bidder's quoted prices or bills. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids, cancel the procurement process, or annul the bidding proceedings at any stage without incurring any liability to the bidders, in accordance with Rule 47 of KP-PPRA Rules, 2014. Interested bidders should ensure their EPADS registration is active and submit their bids timely. It is advisable to carefully review the technical specifications and ensure compliance with all KP-PPRA rules to avoid disqualification. The bid security must be prepared and submitted as per instructions to avoid rejection.
