Items being procured: - Drinking Water - Office Stationery including Paper A-4 80 Gram, Paper F-4 80 Gram, Highlighter, Stapler Pin, Ball Points, Uniball Signo, Uni.ball eye fine - Computer Stationery including New Toner for Biz Hub Photocopier, New Toner for Sharp MX 356, Kyocera KM 2050, Kyocera KM 1650, Canon IR-2230, New Toner for Printer HP Laser Jet 4003 DW, New Toner for Printer HP Laser Jet 404 DW 76-A - Miscellaneous Items including E-Take Pencil, Marker Black (Permanent), Eraser, Sharpner, Lead Pencil, File Flapper, File Tag, Dak Cover, Short Hand Book, Punch Large, Stamp Pad, Paper Cutter With Rotatory Lock, Plastic Doori (roll), Stapler, Register Simple (100 sheet), Register Simple (200 sheet), Log Book, Correction Pen, Gum Stick, Sticky Notes, Calculator, Water Sponge Damper, Double Sided Tape - Repair of Furniture & Fixture The scope includes delivery and repair services arranged at the 1st floor, Room No.1, Regional Tax Office Faisalabad. All items must meet the specified quality standards and warranty conditions. The rates quoted will remain effective for the entire financial year 2026-27 without revision. Eligibility criteria require registered firms or individuals with valid NTN, active GST registration if applicable, and relevant experience in supply/services. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and have vendor numbers pertaining to the District Account Office Faisalabad. Bid security of 3% in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Chairman Purchase Committee, RTO Faisalabad, is mandatory. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). No manual or hard copy bids will be accepted.
