The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Teaching Hospital Swabi invites bids through KP-EPADS from firms duly registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (where applicable) for the supply of various medical and hospital-related items for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes supply of medicines, medical gases, surgical and anesthesia items, repair of medical equipment, dental chemicals, contingency and washing items, stationery, x-ray films, lab reagents, printing items, and minor civil works for office building along with purchase and repair of furniture and fixtures. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and KPRA, and must provide earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as specified for each item. The bid validity period is sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening.
