Supply of Drugs, Medicines, Disposable Items and Laboratory/Diagnosis Tests for Mustahiqeen Zakat Patients

The National Institute of Child Health (NICH) Karachi, under the Government of Sindh Health Welfare Committee/Zakat, invites reputable and established Chemists, Druggists, Manufacturers, Sole Agents, Authorized Distributors, Medical Stores, Laboratories, and Diagnosis Centers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department to participate in the supply of essential items for Mustahiqeen Zakat Patients for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Drugs/Medicines (Daily Purchases from Retainer Shop) for medical stores situated within 5 KM proximity of NICH Karachi with valid Drugs Sale License - Purchase of Drugs/Medicines & Disposable Items (In Bulk Purchase) for Pharmaceutical Companies, Manufacturers, Authorized Sole Agents, and Distributors - Laboratory/Diagnosis Tests/Investigation by Registered and Recognized Laboratories and Diagnosis Centres The procurement covers daily and bulk supply of medicines, disposable items, and laboratory diagnostic services to meet emergency and routine patient needs. The tender documents can be downloaded from EPADS against a non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 3000/- at the Social Welfare Office, NICH Karachi. Bidders must submit their offers with business profiles and client lists on EPADS along with 4.5% Earnest Money in favor of the Executive Director, NICH Karachi. The tender submission period is from 05-10-2026 to 20-10-2026. The tender opening will be held on 21-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, 1st Floor of NICH Karachi, in the presence of the Procurement Committee Chairman and interested bidders. The tender is valid for 90 days. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming no litigation or blacklisting. The Chairman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to adjust quantities as per SPPRA rules.
