Supply of Editorial, Design, Graphic and Fine Art Services

The Directorate of Archives in Quetta invites eligible bidders for the supply of Editorial, Design, Graphic and Fine Art Services comprising a total of 6 items. The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 with a mandatory bid security of 3% of the bid value. Items being procured: - Editorial and Design and Graphic and Fine Art Services (Total Item(s) Count: 6) Bidders must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 10 million each in the previous 3 years, with an accumulated turnover of at least PKR 12 million in the last 3 subsequent years. Active Tax Payer List registration and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration certificates are mandatory. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bids must be submitted electronically only via the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. No physical bids will be accepted.
