The truck should feature AC motor technology, adjustable-width forks, electromagnetic parking brake, solid or polyurethane non-marking tyres, and digital instrumentation. The battery must be Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) type with a minimum capacity of 16,000 kWh and include a Battery Management System (BMS). The supplier is responsible for site verification, factory pre-delivery inspection, transportation, offloading, on-site commissioning, and load testing. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a satisfactory supply record of similar equipment within the last five years, an established local workshop and spare parts facility preferably covering Multan, and OEM authorization with Quality Management System certification. The contract includes a minimum 2-year warranty on the base machine and 6-year warranty on the battery, with after-sales support and spare parts availability for at least five years.
