Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). PEC registration and relevant experience in electrical supply contracts are required. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Security Deposit Receipt valid for 148 days must be submitted. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS V2.0) portal (https://pa.epads.gov.pk) by 11:00 AM on the respective closing dates, with opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of Chief Engineer (Development), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant, Faisalabad. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security instrument is original and submitted physically before the online submission deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully review all specifications and terms on the EPADS portal to avoid incomplete submissions. This tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope Method under PPRA Rules 2004.
