Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids for the year 2026-27 from registered firms and manufacturers with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC (formerly NTDC) and FBR having valid prototype approval if applicable. The technical scope includes supply of transformers ranging from 63 KVA to 630 KVA pad mounted types, various sizes of PVC cables including single and multi-core, and a comprehensive range of joint and termination kits suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. All materials must conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications as amended to date. The delivery is to be made to regional stores ensuring quality and compliance with technical standards. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC and FBR, with valid prototype approval where applicable. Bidders must submit sealed bid security/guarantee in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR from scheduled banks rated A+ or above. The bid validity period varies from 60 to 148 days depending on the tender lot. Bidders must quote for full quantities per lot; partial bids will not be accepted. The tender closing date is **29th July 2026** with bid opening scheduled at 10:30 AM on the same day. Submission is through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal only. The tender will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the IESCO Head Office Islamabad.
