Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids for the fiscal year 2026-27 from registered firms and manufacturers with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NTDC and FBR having valid prototype approval if applicable. The procurement is for supply on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Rajjar. The technical scope includes supply of transformers of various capacities, PVC insulated cables of different sizes and cores, and assorted joint and termination kits suitable for indoor and outdoor use. All materials must conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. The delivery is to be made to IESCO regional stores ensuring quality and compliance with technical standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NTDC and FBR, possess valid prototype approval where applicable, and submit earnest money in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from scheduled banks with A+ rating or above. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. The tender will be opened on a single stage one envelope basis.
