Supply of Emergency Medicine, Bulk Medicines, Printing, Stationary, General Store Items, Radiology Accessories, Lab Items, Parking and Canteen Services at THQ Hospital Naushera

Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed companies, firms, authorities, distributors and experienced suppliers registered with sales tax and income tax departments for the framework contract of the following items for the financial year 2025-26 under Punjab procurement rules 2014 at THQ Hospital Naushera, District Khushab. Items being procured: - Package 1: Emergency Medicine (LP) with estimated budget Rs. 6,500,000 - Package 2: Medicine Bulk Medicines with estimated budget Rs. 4,400,000 - Package 3: Printing with estimated budget Rs. 2,500,000 - Package 4: Stationary with estimated budget Rs. 600,000 - Package 5: General store items with estimated budget Rs. 3,150,000 - Package 6: Others with estimated budget Rs. 3,300,000 - Package 7: Radiology Department Accessories (X-Ray Film) with estimated budget Rs. 3,150,000 - Package 8: Lab Items with estimated budget Rs. 2,000,000 - Package 9: Parking with estimated budget Rs. 155,000 - Package 10: Canteen with estimated budget Rs. 105,000 The total estimated budget is Rs. 25,860,000. The bidding document containing detailed specifications may be obtained on payment of Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) from the office of the Medical Superintendent. The last date for submission of bids is 04.11.2026 by 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the specified address. The bidding procedure will be single stage two envelope. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA rule 35. The agency may disqualify any supplier or contractor if information submitted is found false, inaccurate or incomplete under PPRA rules.
